Where do you ship?
We ship across the United Kingdom. Any surcharges for remote areas are shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard UK delivery then takes around 5–10 business days, and Express around 3–5 business days. You'll get tracking by email once it's dispatched.
How much is shipping?
Standard delivery is £2.99 and Express is £5.99. Orders over £30 ship free.
Returns & refunds
What's your returns policy?
You have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we cover it.
Products & safety
Are your products safe for my pet?
Yes. The grooming glove uses soft, flexible silicone, and the slow feeder is made from food-safe, BPA-free plastic. As with any pet product, we recommend supervising your pet, especially at first.
What materials are they made from?
Grooming glove: soft silicone tips on a breathable mesh backing. Slow feeder: food-safe, BPA-free plastic with a non-slip base (top-rack dishwasher safe).
What colours and sizes are available?
The grooming glove comes in Grey, Blue and Pink (one size fits most, with an adjustable strap). The slow feeder comes in Blue, Pink and Green.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to start updating.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant providers. We never see or store your full card details.
