Welcome to PETNOOK! We're delighted to have you (and your four-legged friends) here. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the PETNOOK online store ("the Website"). 1. About us
PETNOOK is an online store, operated by a sole trader trading as "PETNOOK", offering grooming and feeding essentials for dogs and cats to customers in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@petnook.com.
2. Our products
We work with third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to source and ship our products (a dropshipping model). We make reasonable efforts to display colours, descriptions and images accurately, but slight variations may occur; images are for illustration.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch your items. If we can't fulfil your order for any reason (for example, an item is out of stock or there's an obvious pricing error), we'll let you know as soon as possible and refund any payment taken in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is taken securely at the time of ordering through our payment providers.
5. Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
6. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
7. Faulty items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll put it right — with a repair, replacement or refund.
8. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Website (text, images, branding) belongs to PETNOOK or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.
